Honduras 2011
In March a team of 10 did church construction in the village of Yarumela. Our task was to build an area to be used by their growing youth program. At the close of the week all walls were completed and the building was ready for a roof which has now been put on. In doing evangelism one day at the end of the week, 8 people came to Christ.
In June a team of 16 youth and 6 adults did school presentations, door-to-door evangelism and Bible School in Siguatepeque, Honduras. During an excellent week, over 150 people came to Christ and the youth of our team grew tremendously as they shared the Gospel.
Honduras 2010
A team of 18 yourth and 5 adults spent a week in June doing school presentations, door-to-door evangelism, and Bible School in association with a small Baptist church in the barrio of San Ramon. Manantial de Vida, the church we helped to construct in 2009, had completed the construction that we began and was in full operation. In the course of the week, we saw over 100 decisions for Christ. Names of new Christians were turned over to pastors for follow-up.
Honduras 2009
A team of 15 from our church completed construction of a 30' by 50' church building in the community of San Ramon on the outskirts of Siguatepeque. Afternoon Bible schools were also conducted with 40 - 50 children from the church. In addition, a desk clerk at the Metrotel in San Pedro Sula prayed to receive Christ at the conclusion of the trip.
Honduras Report 2008
Our team of 13 completed the walls of a Sunday School building for the mission church of Jesus de Otoro. During the course of the construction one Honduran worker and one member of a household next to the church prayed to receive Christ. Our Thursday night movie saw approximately 200 from the community receive the gospel through film. I am sure that the Lord has great works in mind for this church in the future.
